Usage Suggestions
For daily wellness, we recommend starting with 1–2 teaspoons (5–10ml) per day, especially for those who haven’t previously used an ultra high-polyphenol olive oil. This can be taken straight or drizzled over meals.
Because SP360 contains exceptionally high polyphenol levels (1,711 mg/kg), the flavour and peppery intensity can be more pronounced than standard extra virgin olive oil. For this reason, we suggest beginning with a smaller amount and allowing your palate to adapt.
After approximately 7 days, as you become accustomed to the flavour profile and intensity, you may gradually increase your intake to 1–3 tablespoons per day (15–45ml), adjusting according to personal preference and tolerance.
For best results, enjoy it raw or add to warm dishes after cooking. Store in a cool, dark place, and refill your UV-protected bottle using our eco-friendly pouches.
