There’s a lot of talk about the health benefits of olive oil. But only one official health claim is authorised.
Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress.
To get this benefit, you need to consume 20g of olive oil each day. That’s about one tablespoon.
This claim only applies to olive oils that contain at least 5mg of hydroxytyrosol and related compounds per 20g. SP360 easily meets and exceeds this level – every batch is independently tested and verified.
