Domestic Shipping Policy (United Kingdom)

Standard Shipping: Free, typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

Express Shipping: Available for £7.50, delivered within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times apply to orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday. For addresses in Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other non-mainland locations, additional postage fees may apply, and delivery times may be longer. Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable food items cannot be returned once the seal is broken. However, unopened items may be eligible for return in line with statutory rights.

To start a return, email us at info@sp360.co.uk with your order number, name, and address. If approved, return the item within 3 days of your request using a tracked delivery service. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue promptly. If the delivery is visibly damaged, you may refuse the package, which will be returned to us.

Refunds
Once we’ve inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at info@sp360.co.uk.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Additionally, we cannot reimburse for any diminished value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.
